 E.STAR's signature 2-hour workshop intentionally connects guided reflection with hands-on creativity so that the jewelry students create is rooted in personal meaning rather than simply decoration.

The experience begins with a guided worksheet and facilitated discussion that invites participants to explore a workshop theme through age-appropriate prompts. Students may reflect on an affirmation, emotion, personal value, goal, intention, or other meaningful idea connected to the selected experience.

Participants then carry what they identified on the worksheet into the creative portion of the workshop. Through intentional choices of words, colors, beads, charms, symbols, and other design elements, students transform their reflection into a wearable piece that represents something meaningful to them.

The result is an intentional piece of jewelry that connects the reflective experience with creative expression—giving participants something tangible to take with them beyond the workshop.

 E.STAR Creative Wellness Workshops are designed to support Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), mindfulness, emotional wellness, and creative self-expression through structured, hands-on jewelry-making experiences.

The SEL connection is intentionally built into the workshop process. Students begin with guided reflection and a worksheet centered on the selected theme. What they identify during that reflective portion then informs the creative portion of the experience as they make intentional choices about words, colors, beads, charms, and symbols. The finished jewelry becomes a tangible representation of the idea, affirmation, value, emotion, goal, or intention they explored.
